1953	Buried in St Michael's and All Angels, Hartlip, Kent.
24th Jan 1953	Died in Hartlip, Kent.

Betty Sullivan remembers him as being a very nice man who worked on a pig farm.
Lived at Selling in Kent in "The Black Houses on the hill".

I'm afraid curiosity got the better of me and had to go and check out your
Woolletts from Hartlip. Hartlip church is called St Micheal and All Angels it
stands next to the village school.Hartlip has extensive properties most are
in the £250,000 and above price bracket.
I have found the grave of William and Winifred Harris in the churchyard.
The grave stone is of granite with an open book at the head.There is an open
book at the head and I will quote you the inscription in full.
The left hand page reads:                                The right hand page
reads:
                            In Loving Memory                          Also
                                      of                           Winifred Rebecca Harris
                          William Edward Harris                Who Died
                                  Who Died                      20 December 1956
                              24 January 1953                     Aged 72 Years
                                Aged 71 Years                       Reunited
                                 Rest in Peace

At the foot of the grave there is a slope and an inscription reads :
In Loving Memory of A Dear Son and Brother Albert Harris (Bert).

Inside the church porch is a board with the names of all those killed in the
1914-18 War.The name of Albert S G Harris appears.
Just inside the churchyard by the lynch gate is a plaque to the memo
Cyril Thomas Harris 31.5.1983 it is where the ashes are buried.Dont know if
any use to you.There are a lot of Harris's spelt Harriss any help?
