1841 census shows John as a carpenter living in Trafalgar St with his wife and 3 children. Also a visitor Ann Bysh (mother-in-law?).
1851 census at 8 Little Fendall Street, Bermondsey, age 44, Soda water manufacturer with wife and 3 children.
Baptism of son John in 1834 shows occupation as Cheesemonger living in Trafalgar St.
