• The family name of Woollett caught my attention as I have an Elizabeth
  Woollett as being born in Canterbury, Kent, England in 1616, married to Henry
  Doud of Guilford, Surrey, England, born 1612.
  
  They married 18 Oct 1636 in Canterbury, Kent.  Henry died 31 Aug 1668 in
  Guilford, New Haven County, Connecticut.  Her death date is given as Oct 1684
  and place was also Guilford.
  
  This information was passed on to me by someone else.  Have no idea of their
  parents but thought you might have a clue.

  I am searching for Elizabeth Woollett about 1610-30. Married Henry Doude in
  Kent at St. George the Martyr or St. Margaret's (Canterbury or Sussex). Then
  left for America with Henry Whitfield's party about 1635 - 1639.
  
  Do you have access to any data that mightr be useful?

  The story goes that the Reverend Henry Whitfield sailed between 1635 and 1639
  from England with a party of Planters to the New World on a ship named the
  Saint John. Supposidly from the docks near London in Kent.
