Eliza had 7 strokes before dying in Greymouth Hospital. She died inbetween
being asked whether she would like a drink and the drink being delivered.
All her papers, etc., were passed on to her eldest daughter Rene.

First Husband, William KEAR (also two brothers, Josiah and Mark - not
sure of relationship) MASTERS appear to have been killed at the
26th March 1896 Brunner Mine Explosion.

After the death of her first husband, Eliza returned to live with
her parents until she re-married Abner WOOLLETT in 1901.
